Why does Quickheal have patches of over 700 MB or higher on antivirus updates? I download Total Security 2014 and the upgrade was about 700 MB. Why is it that big? I need a small update.

I have seen that they have update big file size for update definitions. It's not something that's been changed now, because this is the way they provide the updates to users. Since the products have been on the market, the update size was very big. The only way to find out about this "issue" is through contact. Access the contact page and then chat with the support to find more information about their file sizes.

Hello, has anyone used Quick heal Total Security 2011 version? I want to get it but I want suggestions, because I don't want an anti-virus that bogs down my PC. Can anyone review it, please?

If you receive an error about certificates, I strongly recommend that you access the Settings menu in Quick Heal Antivirus and disable the web module. It seems there is a problem with the scanning module of the Quick Heal Antivirus, therefore it prevents you from accessing HTTPS websites. Disable the WWW module and then go to the add-ons/extensions page in your browser and disable the Quick Heal extension (only if it exists) then browse the websites again.
I can't get it uninstalled. How can I remove this app from my computer?

I got it to download all of the files I could not access (Was using Outlook 2000) and over the 2GB limit. They downloaded into the Outlook box under Stellar Phoenix and then machine locked, had to reboot, now they are gone!! What happened and what do I do now?? It took 6 hr. to download all of the emails.
I am "limited" by my ISP (uploads and downloads = to a certain number of GBs each month).
I have two PCs fed by a wireless router with Bitmeters installed on both PCs. The Bitmeter daily stats don't fit the ISP monthly bills at all. What does Bitmeter measure and what does my ISP measure that they bill me for? Is it possible that they don't measure the same thing? I would like to use my bitmeter .CSV files to dispute my ISP over-usage bills but I need to understand both measures.

If you have the CSV files, you should present then to your ISP, however, the ISP and the application monitor the same thing only that Bitmeter gives you an in-depth look over your traffic. The ISP might count the whole traffic you make (upload and download). Bitmeter measures the upload, download, and the current speed for a moment or calculate the average for that day.
I cannot uninstall QuickHeal Antivirus, the security center displays there is no antivirus software installed, but the software is showed in the programs. I need help.

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
